How do we get our records back?

Your converted records will be posted to the RDAExpress online Dashboard for you to download.

What do you do to the records?

We add up to 20 RDA MARC fields including relator terms and set the record type to RDA. Click here to request information and we will send you more details on these fields as well as example records.

When are we billed?

You will be billed monthly for converted records downloaded from the RDAExpress Dashboard. You will not be billed for converted records until they have been downloaded from the Dashboard.

What happens if I encounter a record in my submitted file that is already RDA?

If a record is encoded as RDA in the Leader and 040 fields, it will be excluded from conversion. The RDAExpress Dashboard will inform you which titles are already RDA and they will be returned to you at no charge.
